"Krutynianka" Restaurant

The "Krutynianka" is worth visiting just for the view. A green river flows very close to the terrace of the restaurant. Canoeists - those who often come to Krutyn - have one of their favourite stops here. Dinner, coffee or beer - you cannot pass through the "Krutynianka". In the summer not only the terrace is noisy and crowded. Irena and Zbigniew Waszkiewicz, inhabitants of Olsztyn, but in the season inhabitants of Krutyn, welcome tourists and water sports lovers. They have been running the restaurant of their dreams for over ten years. The restaurant serves regional dishes whose regional names are not just ornamental names. Those who tasted nettle soup, pork chops in curlpapers, beef sirloin according to the boss's recipe or pikeperch a la Masuria know what it is all about. The choice of desserts: apple cakes or pies and ... sweet laziness.

First, we serve "czekadelko" (a starter) - bread with homemade lard and a dill pickle.

Cold starters:
male boss's salad, female boss's salad.

Hot starters:
eggs a la Masuria, Warmian black pudding with cranberries.

Soups:
nettle soup, hunter's soup, Masurian fish soup, eel broth, vegetable soup with sour milk served cold, sour milk with potatoes a la Masuria.

Meat dishes:
"Krutynianka" sirloin, roast duck, beef sirloin, pork steak,
grilled chicken medallion, knuckle of pork a la Bavaria, , kotlet "Krutyn", roast pork "zbójecki", "Krutyn" cutlet,
turkey schnitzels, shish kebab, "Captain" cutlet, venison chop.

Fish dishes:
eel a la fishermen, pikeperch a la Masuria, grilled pikeperch, pikeperch in sesame, pikeperch in onion, vendace fried in a Masurian way, tench in cream, trout in almonds.

Special dishes:
chanterelles a la Masuria, Warmian ravioli, potato pancakes with eel, potatoes fried in a Masurian way.

Restaurant Mazurska - its name is fully justified with its interior decoration, carefully prepared to please our guests.
For those who love spending time in fresh air, we have prepared a terrace which will shift you into the atmosphere of a rural idyll among the rustling trees and the singing birds.
Our guests also have a dining room (80 seats) decorated tastefully at their disposal.

The fireplace hall and the drink bar are here excellent places for friendly meetings, especially in the evenings.

A professional, kind and well-trained staff will make your time here enjoyable.

A wide range of the dishes is prepared under the direct supervision of our chef. We recommend fried vendace or pikeperch prepared according to an old Masurian recipe.

The menu is intended for people who especially like fish from local Masurian lakes. Interesting dishes are scrambled eggs with chanterelles, Masurian lard, many meat and vegetarian dishes. In our "Mazurska" Restaurant pancakes with blueberry or strawberry filling (our own product), whipped cream and vannila icecream are extremely popular with our guests.

We gladly welcome the guests who come back to Krutyn and our "Mazurska" Restaurant every year. They just pass through or spend here a weekend. If you want to spend time with your beloved person, come to the "Mazurska" Restaurant for a romantic dinner with candles in front of the fireplace. In lovely Krutyn, you will have a rest, in our "Mazurska" Restaurant, you will have a tasty meal and feel relaxed.
We would be happy to cooperate with travel agencies and private persons. We are also perfectly prepared for groups of tourists. On your request, we can prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner outside, a bonfire with a folk band and organise and guide conoeing trips.

"Zacisze" Inn

The "Zacisze" Inn is situated in Krutyn. It is adjacent to the old building of the Voluntary Fire Brigade situated in a quiet area near the Krutynia River.

The "Zacisze" Inn, which is in a wooden building, is characterised by its rural style of cuisine and the staff are dressed in regional Masurian clothes.
